Plan 3–5% extra for standard tiles and 7–10% for pattes/mosaics/diagonals. We pack to minimize damage; report transit issues promptly to transporter and insurance company.
What size and thickness tolerances should I expect?
Dimensional tolerance typically ±1–2 mm; thickness tolerance usually ±1–2 mm on sawn and calibrated surface and 5–10 mm for both-side natural surface.
Do you provide third-party inspections?
Yes—client or agency inspections (e.g., SGS/BV) are welcome by appointment at our facility.
Are test reports available (COF, water absorption, etc.)?
Yes—material data sheets and test reports (where available) can be shared; project-specific testing can be arranged.
Is the stone suitable for bathrooms/kitchens?
Yes—choose appropriate finishes (e.g., honed/leathered/sandblasted in wet zones) and seal properly. Avoid acids on calcitic stones like marble.
Can I use it outdoors and around pools?
Yes—prefer textured finishes (sandblasted/flamed/tumbled) and frost-resistant stones as per climate. Sealing and correct bedding are essential.
Is it compatible with underfloor heating?
Yes—most stones work well with radiant heat when installed per standards with expansion accommodation.
Do I need to seal natural stone?
Recommended for most stones, especially marble, limestone, and sandstone. Initial seal after installation; re-seal as needed based on use and porosity.
How do I clean and maintain it?
Use pH-neutral stone cleaners; avoid acidic/bleach products on marble/limestone/onyx. Wipe spills quickly; use mats in high-traffic areas.
How to handle stains/etching?
Many stains lift with poultice; etching on marble may need professional honing/polishing. Contact us for a stone-specific care guide.
What adhesives and grouts are recommended?
Use polymer-modified thinset/adhesives rated for natural stone; white adhesives for light stones; suitable stone-safe grout (epoxy/cementitious) per area.
Do you provide installation?
We primarily supply materials; we can recommend experienced installers or coordinate through your contractor.
Do you offer layout/dry-lay services?
Yes—dry-lay in factory with labeled crates and mapping photos; recommended for feature walls and patteed floors.
Can you fabricate edges and specials?
Yes—bullnose, chamfer, ogee, drop edges, grooves, steps, risers, and water-jet/CNC features as per drawings.
What files do you accept for custom/CNC work?
DXF/DWG/AI for 2D; STL/OBJ/STEP for 3D reliefs. Provide scale, thickness, and finish notes.
What’s the minimum detail for CNC carvings?
Keep line widths ≥2× tool radius and relief depths matched to stone strength; we’ll review and advise before machining.
Do you provide shop drawings?
Yes—approval drawings for customs/CNC and complex assemblies. Production starts after written approval.
What are your payment modes (India)?
Bank transfer/RTGS/NEFT/IMPS and UPI. Credit terms are project-based and subject to approval.
What are your payment modes (Exports)?
Telegraphic transfer (TT). LC at sight can be considered for larger orders—terms to be agreed prior to PO.
What Incoterms do you support?
Ex-works, FOB, CFR/CIF as standard; DDP can be arranged to select destinations on request.
How is GST handled for exports?
Exports are typically under IGST or under LUT/Bond per buyer preference/compliance. We can issue per your chosen route.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Changes/cancellations are possible before production starts. After cutting/processing, custom items are non-cancelable; charges may apply.
What is your retu policy?
Custom-made items are non-retuable. For standard items, retus are subject to approval, unused condition, and restocking/transport charges are applicable. After inspection of material, refund is processed after deducting damages and transport charges.
How do I report transit damage?
Note issues on the delivery receipt, photograph immediately, and inform us within 48 hours with crate numbers for swift resolution with insurer/shipper.
